📦 How Delivery Works

BuyLun connects you directly with local sellers. When you place an order, the seller arranges delivery to your address. This means faster shipping, fresher products, and support for local businesses.

• Islandwide delivery — we deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka
• Direct from seller — no middleman, better prices
• Flexible timing — seller will contact you to arrange a convenient time

💰 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set by each seller and shown on every product. Here's how they work:

⏱️ Delivery Times

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–2 business days
• Major cities: 2–3 business days
• Remote areas: 3–5 business days

Times may vary depending on the seller's location and product availability. The seller will confirm the exact delivery date with you.

📍 Tracking Your Order

You can track your order anytime on the Track Order page. Simply enter the phone number you used at checkout and you'll see:

• Current order status with a live timeline
• Estimated delivery progress
• All order details and seller contact information

✅ Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, you have options:

• 7-day return window — from the date of delivery
• Unused items only — product must be in original condition
• Original packaging — with all tags and accessories
• Proof of purchase — order ID or receipt

🔄 Eligible for Return

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product doesn't match the description
• Wrong item was delivered
• Product has manufacturing defects

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
• Used, washed, or altered products
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Intimate apparel and personal care items
• Products without original packaging

💰 How Refunds Work

1. Contact us — reach out to the seller via WhatsApp or our help center within 7 days
2. Provide proof — send photos of the issue and your order ID
3. Approval — seller reviews and approves within 2 business days
4. Return the item — send it back as instructed
5. Get refunded — refund processed within 3–5 business days

Refund method: Refunds are issued via the same method you paid (cash on delivery refunds are arranged directly with the seller).

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuyLun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2️⃣ User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed

3️⃣ Seller Responsibilities

• List only products you legally own and have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and prices
• Maintain adequate stock levels shown on the platform
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Ship orders promptly once confirmed
• Comply with all Sri Lankan laws and regulations

4️⃣ Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on BuyLun:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, or ammunition
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Stolen property
• Wildlife or protected animal products
• Adult content or explicit material
• Any items prohibited by Sri Lankan law

5️⃣ Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are set by sellers and may change without notice
• BuyLun facilitates the transaction but is not the seller
• Disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

BuyLun acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for:

• Product quality, safety, or legality
• Seller's failure to deliver
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7️⃣ Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account info: Name, phone number, email address
• Order info: Delivery address, order items, notes
• Product info: Photos, descriptions, prices (for sellers)
• Usage data: How you interact with the platform

• Sellers: When you place an order, they receive your name, phone, and delivery address
• Service providers: Trusted partners like Cloudinary (photo hosting) and Google (data storage)
• Legal authorities: When required by Sri Lankan law

🔐 Data Security

We take security seriously:

• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Data is stored on Google's secure servers
• Regular security audits and updates

You have the right to:
